HSC Drama students outside of the entrance to the Seymour Centre

On Monday the 11th of February the Stage 6 Drama class travelled to the Seymour Centre at Chippendale to view the 2019 Onstage performance. Onstage is a drama exhibition showcasing outstanding Drama performances from the 2018 Higher School Certificate. The program featured four individual performances and five group devised pieces. The students enjoyed comparing the many performances and identifying the key themes explored within each.

Outstanding individual projects created by HSC Drama students were also on exhibition in the upstairs foyer of the Seymour Centre and students enjoyed viewing the projects displayed and discussing their own ideas for their upcoming Preliminary design project. Overall the excursion was successful, with many students taking inspiration and motivation from the performances and works viewed.
